Amit Kumar Sharma, professionally, is a bodybuilder. At present, he is the owner of ‘Shape N Size Gym’ and has been running it from the last 19yrs. Amit Kumar has had coaching experience since 2002 and has prepared many National and State level bodybuilders.
As a coach, Amit Kumar exhibited full support and encouraged his trainers to be strong, to stay focused on their goals. He was a strong leader who showed his pack how to be the best versions of themselves and reach where they dream to be. Starting his journey towards this path in the year 2000, he has continued to stay follow his passion.
Amit Kumar has had many achievements throughout his life; some of which have been the highlights of his life’s accomplishments which makes him want to fight against all the odds that life throws at him. During his college years, he took part in ‘All India Inter-University’ and won gold medal, which was the high point in his life where he chose to take the path to become a bodybuilder.
He had also won a silver medal at a national level competition called Sr. National Federation Cup and has been four times gold medalist as Mr. North India.
Amit Kumar followed a strict diet and through intense workout sessions continued to participate in more competitions determined to win and learn from his fiascoes.
He is a three time CCS University gold medalist and CCS University Overall Champion and also three time gold medalist, winning the title of Mr. U.P.
With all the achievements he had, he chose to take a break from competing and instead opened his own gym and became a coach, a guide he wanted to have when he was aspiring to become a bodybuilder.
Now, after 19 years of being a bodybuilder coach, he has decided to jump back to the path where began his journey, he has decided to be a bodybuilder and get back into the world of bodybuilding competitions with the help of his sponsor InGene Fitness.
